| Very busy here! Summer has been full. We've been camping, hiking, Mt. Ranier, Northwest Trek twice, hanging out in Freemont, University village, Capitol Hill, Vashon Island, Anacortes, Whale watching, bowling, street fairs, Maya Lin exhibit at The Henry, movies, Alki Beach, Pike Place Market, new school picnics, visiting with SIL, Whidbey Island, driving range, one massage, hot tubbing , back to school shopping, filing for 2 days stright, cleaning the house, organizing the house, car, calendars, meals, taxes, $, life! Today is Anthoni's first day back. He is a sophomore this year. Thursday is the first Parent's meeting for new school. Shannon gets this one as school doesn't start for him for another two weeks. Friday Amber gets her visit from one of her teachers here at home. Next Monday we have a new class picnic. Tuesday thru Thursday is slow start. She pairs up with two kids and plays for a couple hours each of those days. Then Friday would be full hours but Friday is project day at school. They work on big projects all day. I will be busy figuring out how much work my school job will take up, working in the class room and finding a gym and yoga studio nearby to join. This will be interesting. On a side note. I no longer have my weekday nanny. I am very dissapointed at how that went down. For now I am throwing in the towel on that relationship. Sad, really. Still have Heather though and excited about saving some dough. We are sharing our meeting time and that seems to be working okay and Shannon has b'fast with pals and goes to a meeting himself Saturday mornings. We will see how well it works for us. I am not interested in looking for a new person right now. Ack just got call for first things to purchase for the new school. Gotta run and fetch : ) |
